We're welcoming a permanent fellowship trained Adult Reconstruction surgeon to our established, physician-led orthopedic group in Central New York. Join a thriving, independent practice offering an integrated model designed for maximum efficiency-featuring high-volume clinics, ASCs, MRI, EMG, orthobiologics, physical therapy, pain management, and injury urgent care-to streamline care and support exceptional outcomes.

Practice:

Built-in surgical volume

MAKO robotics

Each physician is supported by PA, MA, surgical first assist and scheduler

Limited call at only 1 hospital | No trauma

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary plus net annual collections bonus | $1MM+ proven earnings

Major signing incentives

Partnership track with opportunity for ASC and clinic ownership

Profit sharing
