Northwell Health's Division of Infectious Disease is seeking staff Physicians to join our team at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY. The Division of Infectious Disease offers comprehensive care to patients with acute or chronic infections and is a leader in infectious disease control. Clinical Highlights

Manageable Workload:

Average of just 8 new consultations per day, typically presenting with highly manageable, lower-complexity community-acquired and hospital-acquired infections.

Predictable Schedule:

Dedicated inpatient consultation and follow-up, balanced by one designated weekly clinic day for outpatient consultations and continuity of care.

Focused Outpatient Panel:

Opportunity to provide high-impact care to a small, established panel of HIV patients within the clinic setting.

Excellent Call Schedule:

Enjoy your weekends. On-call expectation is just one weekend per month—and frequently less, thanks to the consistent support of two dedicated per diem rotators.

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
