Nurse Practitioner Part-time

• Path to full-time. Peak Longevity Lab is a longevity and aesthetics practice opening in Pleasantville this fall. We specialize in peptide therapy, hormone optimization, GLP-1 weight management, and performance wellness, serving one of the most affluent markets in Westchester County. We are hiring a licensed Nurse Practitioner as our lead clinical provider, part-time to start with a clear path to full-time as patient volume grows. What you will do Perform patient consultations, assessments, and follow-ups Administer neurotoxin, filler, and other injectable treatments Deliver IV therapy, PRP, and device-based treatments Work under the medical director's standing orders for peptide and GLP-1 protocols Collaborate with the founding team on treatment plans and patient outcomes What we are looking for Active NP license in New York State (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) Experience with aesthetic injectables (neurotoxin, filler) strongly preferred Interest in longevity, hormone optimization, peptides, and functional wellness Comfortable in a startup environment where you help build the practice Strong patient communication and a consultative approach

COMPENSATION

Base pay plus commission on services performed. Grows with the practice.

SCHEDULE

Part-time to start. Weekdays 12:00-7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. Flexible.

Memorial Plaza, Suite 302, Pleasantville, NY 10570. Elevator building across from Metro-North.
