Details:

• Direct hire position
• Full-time or part-time availability
• Average 15 patients per day
• Excellent support staff including scribes and advanced practitioners
• 100% outpatient setting
• Conduct medical screenings including early detection of ailments, prevention, disease management, and referral management
• Participate in the process of identifying risks for serious or acute problems
• State-of-the-art facility including digital x-ray, laboratory services, modern work environment
