YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Long Term Care Doctor - Post-Acute Care Physician, you'll lead care teams in skilled nursing facilities, managing complex cases discharged early from hospitals. You'll collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and specialists to deliver hospital-level care in a long-term setting. Your leadership ensures continuity, quality, and compassion in every patient interaction.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Board Certification or Board Eligible internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics Previous experience in leadership positions or as a hospitalist is strongly preferred.
