• + Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 21 physicians and 6 APPs with the support of a clinical performance nurse at Cleveland Clinic Mercy. + We take pride in our relationship with the hospital and encourage our providers to join hospital committees and participate in medical staff.
• Qualifications:
• + Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.

• Scheduling:
• + We are hiring a Hospitalist to work 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts in a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. + Our Hospitalists also rotate through swing shifts. + We have 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedules, but we help cover for our teammates as needed.
• Key Responsibilities:
• + Our hospitalists manage the inpatient coverage. + The ICU is closed, and our team is not expected to perform procedures or run codes. + Our team participates in team huddles.
