Job Description
OB/GYN Medical Director perm need in Cincinnati, OH-Accepting OH or ANY state license-Full time need Mercy Health Physicians, a proud part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, is seeking an experienced and visionary OB/GYN Medical Director to lead our Women s Health Program at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. This dual-role opportunity combines full-time clinical practice with strategic and programmatic leadership in one of the Midwest s most respected Catholic health systems. The OB/GYN Medical Director will: Provide full-time clinical care (office, surgery, and deliveries) while also guiding the clinical and strategic development of the women s health program. Deliver at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital (Level
II NICU, 1,600
deliveries per year). Lead program development and strategic expansion for the Women s Health service line on Cincinnati s east side. Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and growth. Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering excellence and teamwork. Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and MFM support from the University of Cincinnati. Maintain a balanced Monday Friday schedule , including dedicated leadership time for administrative duties. Participate in 1:6 call rotation .
