• Local Team Collaboration:
• + Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians at Adena Greenfield.

+ Work alongside a fantastic team of emergency and hospital medicine colleagues, providing an excellent variety of pathology.

+ Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.

+ Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.

• Qualifications:
• + Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine or board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. + Active Medical license or eligible to become licensed in Ohio. + Authorized to work in the United States.
• Scheduling:
• + Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions available. + Our emergency department provides single doctor coverage with 24-hour shifts available (9a-9p; 9p-9a).
• Key Responsibilities:
• + Provide top-quality care to a rural emergency department seeing 8,500 patients annually. + Foster collaboration and support among team members. + Emphasize proper, careful, and safe patient treatment as a core focus. + Utilize advanced medical technology and handle transfers through the Covenant Transfer Center. + Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
