Outpatient Primary Care Clinics Float Pool Coverage Across Multiple Locations Coverage Locations:
Mentor, OH Lorain, OH (Amherst & Lorain Clinics)
Willoughby Hills, OH Brunswick, OH Fairlawn, OH Schedule & Coverage:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM•5:00 PM No Call No Weekends Minimum 2
Weeks Per Month Required Patient Population:
Adult Primary Care Patients Ambulatory Outpatient Setting Patient Volume:
15-20
Patients Per Day Support Staff:
APP Support Available in
Most Practice Locations Procedures:
No Procedures Required EMR System:
