Job Summary:
The ideal candidate should be committed to helping the patient population (includes uninsured and underinsured) reach optimal health can support the plans and operations within a Patient-Centered Medical Home. The candidate will provide direct patient care as outline in the Family Medical Center employment contract including diagnoses, treatment and/or proper referral while maintaining expected medical standards. Provide patient care with utmost customer service, compassion, and integrity to patients/clients in a clinic setting.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathic medicine. Current unrestricted license from the State of Ohio Medical Board to practice as a physician in the State of Ohio. Annual continual medical education as required by Board Specialty. Must be registered and have a current unrestricted DEA certificate. Current copy of BLS (Basic Life Support) Card. Must not be excluded from participating in Federal or State Health Care Programs. Must have strong listening, written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly. Must have the ability to understand and respond effectively. It's a great place to work!
