Spry Senior provides holistic, primary care, focused on preventative care, as well as management of chronic and complex medical conditions. Our dedicated team of providers offer longer appointment times and see patients more often through in-person and tele-health visits. This keeps us connected to our patients and responsive to changes in their health, while keeping patients engaged in their care. We screen for and provide timely support and resources to eliminate any gaps in social determinants of health and provide on-site community programming that encourages a socially active and healthy lifestyle. If you are a Board-certified or Board-eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine physician that is looking for an opportunity to join a growing senior care practice in the Cleveland market and committed to providing a coordinated approach to primary care for 55 and older patients, then joining Spry Senior may be what you are looking for. As a Spry Senior provider, you will benefit from the following:

  • Longer appointment times with your patients
  • A care model that focuses on quality and outcomes rather than volume of patients and services
  • Use of Epic EMR for documentation and MyChart for improved patient communication and care involvement
  • A supportive clinical care team including RNs and dedicated MAs
  • Onsite and tele-support of integrated services such as Behavioral Health, Social Work support and same day virtual urgent care
  • Through MetroHealth, coordination of specialty care, pharmacy services, management of chronic and complex conditions and post-acute care, when needed Additionally, Spry Senior and MetroHealth provide for collaboration in care, innovation for our vision and strength in our market within the older adult primary care space.
