Women's Health APP | Established Practice + Experienced Team Mercy Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with an interest in women's health to join our established Sylvania Obstetrics & Gynecology practice in the Toledo area. This is a full-time, outpatient position working alongside four OB/GYN physicians and three advanced practice providers. We're adding another provider as the practice continues to grow and additional appointment access is needed. About the Role The position includes a mix of well-woman care, prenatal and postpartum care, and evaluation and management of common gynecologic concerns. You'll have physicians on site for collaboration, along with an experienced clinical and administrative team. The practice also has ultrasound support and a 2:1 CMA/LPN support ratio. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. What You'll Do Provide well-woman and preventive care Provide prenatal and postpartum care Evaluate and manage gynecologic conditions Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing Manage medications and provide patient education Perform IUD insertions and removals Coordinate referrals and follow-up care Respond to patient calls, results and MyChart messages Collaborate with physicians, APCs and clinical staff There may also be opportunities to learn additional in-office procedures based on experience and collaboration with the physicians. The Practice Sylvania Obstetrics & Gynecology is an established, busy outpatient practice with four physicians and three APCs. A typical day includes seeing patients, collaborating on care, addressing inbox items and working closely with the clinical team. Women's health experience is preferred. The practice has experienced physicians available for collaboration and mentorship, making this a good setting for someone who values having colleagues nearby while developing their own relationships with patients. The practice is growing, but this isn't a role where you'll be expected to figure everything out on your own.
