Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Job Details:

Provide inpatient psychiatric services on an acute psychiatric unit with 6-10 patient encounters per shift Evaluate and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders Experience with eating disorders and developmental disorders preferred Manage involuntary commitments in accordance with state regulations Utilize seclusion therapy and restraint application as clinically appropriate Provide pharmacotherapy as a primary treatment technique Must hold an active Ohio medical license or IMLC to be considered Board certification required at the certified level BLS and PALS certifications required Credentialing timeframe approximately 15-30 days Nearest airport is CMH (Columbus) Locum Tenens engagement with an ASAP start date on an ongoing basis
