The facility operates on an on-site model and seeks locum tenens coverage to maintain continuity of child and adolescent psychiatric care. The clinic is committed to delivering coordinated mental health services to a pediatric patient population. About the Facility Location Anadarko, Oklahoma is situated within a region rich in Native American heritage and cultural history. The surrounding area of Oklahoma offers diverse outdoor recreation, including access to tallgrass prairies, wooded hills, and numerous lakes suited to fishing and water activities. Clinicians on assignment may also explore the region's Old West history and Art Deco architecture, alongside year-round recreational opportunities across the state. About the Clinician's Workday The clinician will provide full-time outpatient psychiatric services for children and adolescents during day shift hours, seeing approximately 8 patients per day. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medication management for a pediatric patient population. No call obligations are associated with this position. Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and prescriptive authority are required.
