Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness within the community while building lasting relationships with patients. Duties Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide preventive care services, including vaccinations and health screenings. Manage chronic illnesses and coordinate care with specialists as needed. Perform minor procedures and assist with medical imaging when necessary. Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
