At Low T Center , we provide personalized hormone replacement and targeted wellness services while creating a welcoming, patient-focused experience. This is an opportunity for a provider who brings clinical confidence, positive energy, strong people skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. About the Role As a Mid-Level Provider, you'll work closely with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to coordinate personalized care for patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services.

Services may include:

Hormone replacement therapy Weight management Sleep apnea management Hypertension management Low libido and related wellness concerns You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while helping patients understand their care and work toward their health and wellness goals. We're looking for the right personality and mindset. Clinical knowledge and experience are important, but so are communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, confidence, and the ability to connect with patients. Minimum Qualifications Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions Active board certification required at time of hire through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA Current DEA license Current OBNDD license Ability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday-Friday training during clinical hours Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build strong patient relationships and establish rapport Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly Paid Training We provide two full weeks of paid training. Our training is designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and support needed to feel confident and successful in the role. Saturday Availability Our clinics are open on Saturdays, and providers must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month . In months with five Saturdays, providers are required to work three Saturdays .

•2:00 PM for lunch. Credentialing & License Verification As part of our standard screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, board certification, DEA/OBNDD information, and NPI/taxonomy information. Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete this process. Licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.
