Job description Anesthesiology Opening - Tulsa, Oklahoma Monday-Friday Schedule Minimal Call Up to $400K + Loan Repayment A leading integrated healthcare system in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative and mission-driven team providing high-quality perioperative care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Position Highlights Monday-Friday schedule:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Minimal on-call coverage Stable, well-supported anesthesia team Collaborative perioperative environment Opportunity to mentor CRNAs and medical trainees Strong administrative and nursing support Meaningful impact on patient access and continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Compensation $325,000 - $400,000 base salary Additional incentives available Potential recruitment, relocation, and retention bonuses Outstanding Benefits Package Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance 50-55 days paid time off annually Federal retirement pension + 401(k) with matching contributions Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PaidCME + CME
reimbursement Malpractice coverage with tail included No restrictive non-compete Moonlighting permitted Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans Provide anesthesia services including: General anesthesia Regional anesthesia Spinal and epidural anesthesia Monitored anesthesia care (MAC) Manage routine and complex airway cases, including emergent airway situations Place arterial lines and central venous catheters as clinically indicated Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs and anesthesia staff Participate in perioperative workflow improvement and quality initiatives Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an approved Anesthesiology residency program Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license Experience with a broad range of anesthesia modalities Strong airway management and perioperative care skills Preferred Experience Hospital-based or integrated healthcare system experience CRNA supervision experience Advanced airway techniques including fiberoptic intubation Teaching or mentoring experience Perioperative workflow optimization initiatives Location Tulsa offers an exceptional quality of life with: Affordable cost of living Family-friendly communities Excellent dining, arts, and outdoor recreation Easy access to lakes, parks, and cultural attractions If you are interested in learning more about this Anesthesiology opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma, please apply today for confidential consideration.
