• Neonatology for Permanent locum tenens coverage at a inpatient facility located in Oklahoma City, OK The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from Open to Open This assignment includes Inpatient, onsite hospital coverage at 2 Level III NICUs, advanced neonatal care, and 24-hour shifts with call taken from home. 24-hour shifts taken out-of-house; approximately 10 shifts per month

Open Position Details:

Full-time BC/BE Neonatologist joining an established practice providing coverage at two Level III NICUs. The position offers a collegial private-practice environment with a team of 6 neonatologists, 24/7 NNP support, and full hospital team backup. New fellows are encouraged to apply.

Patient Population:

Neonatal patients, including premature and critically ill newborns

Setting:

Two Level III NICUs Responsibilities:

Provide neonatal coverage at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City and Norman Regional Hospital; manage critically ill newborns; collaborate with neonatologists, NNPs, nurses, subspecialists and maternal-fetal medicine; provide advanced neonatal care and support.

Required Procedures:

HFOV, jet ventilation, advanced neonatal intensive care and management

Support Staff:

24/7 NNP support, hospital team, neonatologists, nurses and subspecialists

Days Per Month:

Approximately 10 shifts per month

On-Call/Weekends:

24-hour shifts taken out-of-house; call taken from home with 24/7 NNP support Required Procedures and Skills Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Level

coverage HFOV Jet ventilators Advanced neonatal intensive care Collaboration with MFM and subspecialty teams Requirements TRULY Board Eligible within a year of eligibility or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Oklahoma medical license or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice/license history highly preferred Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days required DEA must be obtained prior to start Must reside within the immediate local area or be willing to relocate Interested Physician can reply with an recent CV, availability, preferred shift type, active license status, and expected hourly and call rates .
