Job Description
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an experienced General Surgery Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our established General Surgery team in Astoria, Oregon. CMH is looking for highly skilled surgical clinician who will provide comprehensive surgical care at our 25-bed critical access hospital where your expertise will have a direct, positive impact on patient care. We offer a positive work-life alignment where comprehensive quality outpatient and surgical care is a priority. Practice Details Collaborative practice with dedicated clinic days and OR block time. Busy, rural general surgery practice with a variety of bread-and-butter cases. Autonomy in seeing new, follow up and pre/post consultations. Collaborative practice working with multiple surgeons who love teaching. Monday through Friday schedule with up to 10 days of call per month. Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives. Relocation is provided. Annual CME stipend with paid educational leave. Paid time off, paid holidays and sick time. Required Qualifications Two (2) year surgical PA/NP experience Active, unrestricted Oregon Physician Associate/Nurse Practitioner license Active unrestricted DEA Certificate ACLS America Heart Association certification Physician Associate Requirements Master's or baccalaureate degree and completion of an ARCA-PA approved program Current NCCPA certification Active, unrestricted Oregon Physician Associate license
