Responsibilities include treatment of work-related injuries, performing employment and DOT physicals. Full-time position offering a salary range of $166,400-$260,000 annually. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, life insurance, paid time off, professional development, and flexible scheduling (Monday-Friday, 8-10 hour shifts). Must hold MD or DO license, be able to commute or relocate to Medford, OR (relocation package provided).
