Northwest Permanente (NWP) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join our dedicated Neonatology team at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. environment with access to advanced technology and comprehensive support services. Practice Details Collegial team of 4 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners 20-bed, single-patient room Level
III NICU
at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center Daily census of approximately 12-19 patients 24/7 Neonatologist coverage with daytime NNP support Care for infants as early as 25 weeks gestation Advanced neonatal services including: Total body cooling EEG and aEEG High-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) Conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV) Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) Bubble CPAP Telehealth consultation support for Westside Medical Center Level I Nursery Physician-friendly Epic EMR Opportunities for leadership and physician governance participation within the medical group Compensation & Benefits Compensation Total Rewards value: $387,100 - $463,800 Compensation is based on experience, training, certifications, market factors, and other qualifications.
