Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of four-year US Medical School or equivalent
• Successful completion of Neurology Residency
• Unrestricted Oregon Physician (MD/DO) License or ability to obtain
• Current DEA certificate prior to start date
• BE/BC in Neurology The salary range for this role is $330,000 to $423,000 annually based on full-time employment.
