Clinical Services:
Provider department, responsible for independently treating acute conditions such as colds, flu, minor injuries, and infections. Requires graduation from an accredited medical school, 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience, and board certification or eligibility in Family or Emergency Medicine. Must hold active medical licensure and have experience in urgent care or emergency medicine settings. Key duties include examining and diagnosing patients, ordering tests, prescribing medications, treating injuries, documenting patient progress, educating patients, and supervising PA/NP colleagues remotely. Work shifts typically last 8-12 hours, with responsibilities for up to four PA/NPs during credentialing. Additional skills preferred include EMR proficiency, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
