Advantage Orthopedic & Sports Medicine is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Replacement to join our established independent orthopedic practice in the Portland metropolitan area.

One of our long-standing joint replacement surgeons will be retiring at the end of 2026, creating a rare opportunity for the incoming physician to transition directly into an established joint-replacement patient population and existing practice.

Rather than spending years building a patient panel from the ground up, the incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to assume care of an established population of orthopedic and joint-replacement patients while continuing to grow their own practice.

The position also offers a fast-track pathway to partnership and opportunities to participate in ancillary practice services and additional revenue streams, creating meaningful long-term professional and financial upside.

Clinical Focus

The incoming physician will primarily focus on adult reconstruction and total joint replacement, including:

Primary total hip arthroplasty

Primary total knee arthroplasty

Evaluation and management of degenerative hip and knee conditions

Preoperative and postoperative joint-replacement care

General orthopedic care as desired

Revision arthroplasty experience welcomed but not required

The physician will work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers and established clinical staff.

• Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Replacement preferred
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
