Job Description

Full-time otolaryngologist Northeast Oregon Hospital-employed opportunity with an independent, not-for-profit health system Bread-and-butter ENT and allergy practice Serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents Four 10-hour days per week No required call Optional paid elective call available Dedicated weekly OR time Average of 18"20 patients per day Scribe options available Epic EMR In-office audiology In-office procedures available, if desired State-of-the-art equipment, including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal-chip fiber-optic scopes, TruDi navigation, Acclarent equipment, and operating equipment Board certification or board eligibility required Ideal for a physician who values professional autonomy, a supportive care team, and rural practice Total compensation opportunity of $750,000+ Base salary with annual quality and production incentives $50,000 commencement bonus $8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions, plus paid CME time Student loan assistance Full benefits, including 401(k) match Paid malpractice coverage Relocation support Growing critical-access hospital and Level IV Trauma Center Newly expanded surgical facilities with multiple OR suites, endoscopy capacity, pre-/post-operative rooms, and PACU bays Mountain-region lifestyle with year-round access to hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, kayaking, water sports, hunting, bird watching, horseback riding, and rock climbing Small, vibrant community with above-average schools, a local university, and a balanced rural lifestyle
