Permanent | Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Days A premier, hospital-employed healthcare system in rural Northeastern Oregon is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to join a caring, collaborative team of 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner. Operating as an Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home, this facility offers an ideal setting for providers who value schedule flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care, preventative health visits, and acute illness management to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting See an average of 15-20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical support staff Participate in a manageable 1:4 shared call rotation alongside four experienced physicians Utilize
EPIC EHR
with dedicated scribe support provided for clinicians seeing 15+ patients per day Collaborate closely with on-site behavioral health specialists, laboratory staff, and multidisciplinary care teams Foster long-term, trusting relationships with children and families in the surrounding rural community

Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate state credentialing) Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric care Interest in and comfort with practicing within a rural, community-based healthcare setting Note on
