Physicians work:

4 ten-hour days per week This provides a consistent full-time schedule while preserving an additional day away from clinic each week. Clinical Practice The Pediatrician will practice in an established outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Patient-Centered Medical Home environment. Practice Details Outpatient pediatrics Average 15-20 patients per day 1:4 call , currently shared among 4 physicians 1:1 medical support staff Behavioral health available on-site Laboratory services on-site Epic EMR Full-time, permanent employment Physicians averaging 15 or more patients per day are provided with a scribe, helping reduce administrative burden and allowing providers to spend more time focused on patient care.
