$10K Sign on Bonus Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment. Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients' health status and vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care Educate residents and their families about health management and care options Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Registered Nurse Skills and Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Basic Life Support (BLS) certification We offer a supportive work environment, competitive salary, and opportunities for professional development.
