Compensation:

$550K - $600K+ per year We are seeking an innovative and energetic Pulmonologist who enjoys professional autonomy and working with a supportive, caring group of healthcare professionals! You'll join a growing specialty team at a Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon, equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools including onsite Echo, EKG, and Stress testing. This is an excellent opportunity to build a meaningful practice and make a significant impact on cardiac health in the community while enjoying an exceptional outdoor lifestyle and work-life balance Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and long-term clinical management for adult pulmonary conditions, including COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, and lung nodules Conduct inpatient pulmonary consultations and manage respiratory conditions for hospitalized patients across medical units Perform and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including flexible bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and pulmonary function tests (PFTs) Oversee non-invasive ventilation, long-term oxygen therapy, and specialized pulmonary therapies in collaboration with the hospital's dedicated Respiratory Care team Manage sleep-disordered breathing (such as obstructive and central sleep apnea) and review polysomnography/home sleep studies as applicable Collaborate closely with primary care providers, radiologists, oncologists, thoracic surgeons, and critical care teams to ensure seamless interdisciplinary care Utilize

for timely, accurate documentation, ordering, and clinical communication Participate in practice quality improvement initiatives, peer review processes, and patient education to support health outcomes in a rural community setting Qualifications Medical Degree (MD) or DO from an accredited school. Completion of an accredited Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship. Active, unrestricted State Medical License. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality respiratory care in a community-oriented environment.
