Responsibilities Diagnose and treat urological conditions and diseases Perform surgical procedures as necessary Provide consultations and follow-up care to patients Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Educate patients and families on urological health matters Participate in team meetings and case discussions Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board certification in Urology (or eligibility) 1-3 years of clinical experience in Urology Strong surgical skills and ability to perform urological procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Active medical license in the state of practice

Clinic Volumes:

18-20 per day

Surgery Volumes:

6 per week Bread-and-butter urologic procedures required Robotics available
