Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Board certification or board eligible in Urology from the American Board of Urology. Oregon medical license and DEA certificate Specialty training at an ACGME accredited facility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
