At Epiphany Dermatology, we are thrilled to introduce Learn Derm — our premier, flagship training program designed exclusively for ambitious NPs and PAs who want to fast-track their skills and launch a thriving career at Epiphany Dermatology. Why Choose Learn Derm? Learn Derm is a 12-month, immersive training experience led by our esteemed Physicians and Medical Market Directors. This program combines in-depth education with real-world clinical exposure to help you become a confident, skilled dermatology provider. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are guaranteed placement at a specific clinic location, which will be mutually agreed upon prior to receiving an official offer.
Program Highlights:
Training :
Participate in one-on-one training in El Paso or Dallas, TX, for your 12 months of didactic and clinical education.
Daily Clinical Rotations:
Immerse yourself in hands-on clinic shadowing to maximize your exposure to a highly diverse range of skin conditions.
Flexible Study Resources:
Supplement your clinic experience with provided textbooks and online learning materials for self-paced, at-home study.
Hands-On Practice:
Step out of the classroom and directly into clinical practice to rapidly solidify your real-world skills.
Milestone Assessments:
Track your professional growth with structured, milestone-based skill assessments designed to support your progress.
Guaranteed Placement:
Upon successful completion of the program, you are guaranteed job placement at a mutually agreed upon clinic location.

Who We're Looking For:
Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners Passionate about dermatology and committed to long-term growth Willing to relocate to TX (for training) and to an assigned clinic post-training Able to commit to a 5-year employment contract following program completion
