Responsibilities include treatment of work-related injuries, performing employment and DOT physicals. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $166,400 - $260,000 annually. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, life insurance, paid time off, professional development, and flexible scheduling. Requires MD or DO license, ability to commute to Medford, OR, or relocate with employer assistance. Work is in person, Monday to Friday, with 8-10 hour shifts.
