Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 125-day assignment in Oregon, starting Nov 2, 2026. The schedule will consist of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, complemented by call responsibilities. This role involves providing comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal and postpartum care, various deliveries, routine gynecologic exams, and a wide range of surgical procedures, with a focus on robotic surgery. Responsibilities and Duties Provide prenatal and postpartum care. Perform vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and VBACs. Conduct routine gynecologic exams and Pap tests. Execute office procedures including EMB, colposcopy, and IUD insertion. Perform surgical procedures such as Colposcopy, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Ovarian cyst removal, Hysteroscopy/D&C ± endometrial ablation, Tubal ligation, salpingectomy, and Diagnostic laparoscopy. Manage ectopic pregnancy treatment. Perform Da Vinci robotic surgical cases. Offer comprehensive OB/GYN care, patient evaluations, and complex gynecologic care. Collaborate with midwives, nurses, anesthesia, and other clinical team members. Provide physician support for midwives and Nurse Practitioners. Additional Information Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required. Experience with Athenahealth EMR. Practice includes both clinic office visits and a full scope of OB/GYN surgeries, including robotic surgery. Call schedule is required. Expected patient volume ranges from 16 to 20 patients per day. Work alongside midwives and Nurse Practitioners, with collaborative support from nurses and anesthesia. Surgically trained with robotic surgical experience.
