Family Medicine Opening in Seaside, OR Located 80 miles from
Portland Position Details:
Full-time, permanent Medical Provider is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join an existing practice group of 1 physician and 1 nurse practitioner in Seaside, Oregon. Join us in our mission to provide excellence, leadership, and compassion in the enhancement of health for those we serve. This position will serve as a Clinical Associate providing care within the Primary Care Clinic in Seaside. Clinical Associates are fully embedded physicians and devote 100 percent of their time to patient care.
Highlights:
Work in a close team of new and experienced physicians, APPs, and support staff in a team-oriented environment. Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule. Monday-Friday 4/10s schedule. Light phone call only call rotation shared amongst the group. Our acute care hospital is staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage. This is a full time, hospital employed position, with immediate access to multiple specialists. Integrated Cerner EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization. Four (4) hours per week of dedicated Administrative time.
Required Qualifications:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in a primary specialty (family medicine, etc.) MD / DO Able to obtain Oregon Medical License DEA This position offers a unique opportunity to pursue the comforts and quality of life in a small-town community practice with an affiliation to an academic medical center. Medical facility is a full service, 25-bed, critical access, not-for-profit, Planetree-Certified hospital where person-centered care is a priority. Facility has proudly served the healthcare needs of the community for over a century. Combined, hospital and clinics employ nearly 700 caregivers which includes a diverse professional medical staff of more than 60 physicians and advance practice professionals including surgical, non-surgical and primary care specialties.
