As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests, residents, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort buildings, guest areas, parking areas, recreational spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues according to location procedures. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
