We are a longstanding, stable democratic group currently staffing two emergency departments in the Eugene area. The two sites offer a variety of patient populations. Following a recent landmark legal action affirming physician employment by independent medical groups, EEP is expanding recruitment and welcoming physicians interested in practicing with a group who stands for preserving physician leadership, clinical autonomy, and community accountability.
