The Dalles, OR Job Type:
Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative community healthcare setting. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is passionate about improving access to high-quality care and making a meaningful impact in the community. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and family medical care. Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans. Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and peer review. Support programs related to patient-centered medical home and healthcare quality standards. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in the education and supervision of medical and allied health professional learners as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school. Board Certification in the appropriate specialty. Active Oregon Medical License in good standing. Current DEA registration. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience providing prenatal care. Experience with
EPIC EMR.
Previous experience working in an FQHC or FQHC look-alike setting.
