We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Naturopathic Doctor (ND) who is passionate about patient care, excited about innovation, and eager to play a key role in the continued growth and development of our practice. About the Role As a Clinical Innovation & Wellness Lead, you will provide exceptional patient care while collaborating with leadership to expand and enhance our wellness offerings. You will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in aesthetics, hormone optimization, preventative care, and functional wellness while helping guide the clinical direction of the practice. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, growth-oriented, business-minded, and committed to creating outstanding patient experiences. They take ownership of their work, think strategically, and treat the success of the practice as if it were their own. Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans Provide Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) management Perform aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers Order and interpret laboratory testing and point-of-care diagnostics Perform minor procedures within scope of practice Maintain accurate EMR documentation Educate clients on treatment options and wellness plans Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional patient experiences Assist with developing new services, standing orders, and clinical protocols Participate in community events and special projects as needed Preferred Experience Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Preventative and functional medicine Aesthetic medicine Neuromodulators and full-face dermal filler treatments Point-of-care testing Primary care services Minor procedures Electronic medical record systems Fat dissolver treatments (preferred but not required) What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Is a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Naturopathic Doctor in good standing Has a strong commitment to patient safety and evidence-based care Possesses exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Is comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Has a growth mindset and embraces continued learning Is interested in helping develop and launch new services and treatment offerings Understands the balance between clinical excellence and business success Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability Is adaptable, innovative, and solution-oriented Provides compassionate, non-judgmental care to a diverse patient population Takes ownership and approaches the practice with an entrepreneurial mentality What Makes Hydrate Society Different Our team is made up of highly skilled healthcare professionals and business leaders who share a passion for helping people achieve optimal health and wellness.
