Oregon Vascular Specialists - Portland is seeking an experienced Lead Radiology Technologist to support our outpatient vascular office-based procedure center. This role combines hands-on imaging responsibilities with clinical leadership, workflow coordination, and quality oversight. The ideal candidate is an experienced RT who thrives in a fast-paced procedural environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while helping advance departmental excellence. Responsibilities Assist surgeons during fluoroscopy guided vascular interventional procedures. Scrub and assist during office-based procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique and procedural standards. Manage imaging and procedure-related inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining par levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring adequate stock of procedural equipment and materials. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for Radiology Technologists and Office-Based Lab staff. Assist with onboarding, training, and departmental workflow. Ensure compliance with radiation safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Support equipment maintenance and process improvement initiatives. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification and Oregon State OBMI license. Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred). Minimum 2 years of radiology experience - preferably interventional. Experience in fluoroscopy, vascular, interventional radiology, cath lab, or procedural imaging preferred. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.Benefits
