Established behavioral health clinic in Southeastern Pennsylvania is actively seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for its Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)!

Highlights:

Full-time Medical Director position overseeing the Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). 100% on-site role with a Monday-Friday schedule. Combination of clinical leadership and patient care responsibilities. Adult patient caseload of approximately 16 patients per day.

Responsibilities include:

Clinical oversight of inpatient and PHP services Direct patient evaluations and treatment Treatment planning and multidisciplinary team participation Program leadership and quality initiatives Supervision of PMHNPs Opportunity to lead an established behavioral health program within a collaborative care environment.

Requirements:

Board Certified Psychiatrist with experience in inpatient behavioral health settings. Prior leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience preferred.
