About Us For 56 years the medical experts of Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association have been providing personalized care to patients in the Philadelphia region. Our patients have seamless access to 80 highly trained physicians in 11 specialties and primary care. Our physicians, nurses and staff work as a team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a "whole person" approach. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Develop individualized treatment plans and health management strategies Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed Maintain accurate and timely medical records Participate in community outreach and health education programs Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible family or internal medicine physicians Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

The pay range listed in this job posting is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered and is not a guarantee of a particular wage. Actual base pay will vary and is commensurate with the applicant's knowledge, experience, education, skills, training, certifications, and qualifications required for the role. In addition, the listed pay range is based on factors at the time of this job posting and may be modified in the future based on market data, internal equity, and the budget of the department hiring for this position. Final compensation and benefit eligibility may vary by role and employment status and will be confirmed at the time of offer.
