Sep 16, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Neuromuscular Medicine. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Applications must be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine. Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students, residents, neuromuscular fellows, as well as EMG technologists. Clinical responsibilities may include the clinical care of patients with neuromuscular diseases. This may include the performance of nerve conduction studies and EMG, as well as inpatient neurology service time in line with the standard clinical department requirements. Research is not a requirement of faculty on the AC track. Candidates may have opportunities to have active involvement in neuromuscular clinical trials.
