Description WellSpan Medical Group seeks full-time Physician, Hospitalist for their WellSpan Chambersburg and Waynesboro Hospital locations in Franklin County. Individual must be a graduate of accredited school of medicine with Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree plus completion of internal medicine residency training program. Must have PA medical license and be board certified/eligible in internal medicine. Will provide continual oversight and longitudinal care of hospitalized patients in medical wards, acute care units and intensive care units. Provide ongoing management and coordination of patient care throughout treatment. Will diagnose and provide non-surgical treatment of diseases and injuries to hospital patients. Typically manages 14 to 18 patients per shift.
