Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate:

ASAP Available Shifts:

8;Weekend;

On Call Pay Rate:

$294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8a-4p, Saturday and Sunday 8a-12p. Monday-Sunday call 4p-8a weekdays and Fridat 4p-Monday 8a

Practice Setting:

Inpatient Types of Cases:

Urology inpatient, consults, rounds and add-on cases

Credentialing Timeframe:

45-60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR):

EPIC Certifications Required:

Must be board certified,

Licensure Required:
