We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our PAK team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, & committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, & work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, & adolescents
- Build long-term relationships with families & the care team
- Participate in clinical growth initiatives & community outreach
- Collaborate with medical & operational leadership to enhance patient experience & outcomes
- Maintain accurate & timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- ABP Board Certified
- Unrestricted license (or ability to obtain) in Pennsylvania
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
