Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per law Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement support 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Provide vascular surgical care for adult patients across two hospitals (Good Samaritan and Ephrata) 25 minutes apart Offer support during 3 consecutive 24-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities Assist with bypass and amputation procedures, and other vascular interventions Collaborate with APPs for first assist support Manage approximately 2 callbacks per day, ensuring quality patient care UtilizeEPIC EMR
for documentation and care planning Cover weekends consistently (every weekend required) Support hospital staff in delivering timely and efficient vascular services What You Need Board Certification or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery Active Pennsylvania Medical License DEA certification At least 1 year of post-residency/vascular surgery experience Strong teamwork and patient communication skills About the Assignment This assignment is at a well-equipped hospital with 150 beds, dedicated to providing specialized vascular surgery services. The department covers two hospitals, delivering high-quality vascular care to adults aged 18+. Credentialing is projected to take approximately 90 days; temporary licenses available for qualified providers. Support staff includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for first assist duties, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.
