Must have completed a 3-year psychiatry residency. Hold an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license. Possess full DEA certification and be eligible to prescribe in Pennsylvania. Ability to obtain Act 33, Act 34, FBI clearances, and verification of no Medicaid/Medicare exclusions.
