Our mission is to improve patient health and wellbeing through high-quality, whole-person care in a bilingual and bicultural environment. About the Role We're seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of providers, nurses, behavioral health staff, and medical assistants to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care management for patients. Deliver same-day and urgent care services as needed. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate documentation and review labs, diagnostics, and consults. Support quality improvement and community health initiatives. Qualifications Valid Pennsylvania medical license required. DEA license and current BLS/CPR certification required. Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred. Community health experience and bilingual in English/Spanish are a plus.
