Job Description
Part-Time Pediatric opening in PA Located in Lock Haven, PA Permanent Position Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join practice on a part-time basis.
Details:
- Provide health maintenance and acute care for patients newborn to 18 years of age
- Assess and establish a diagnosis and implement treatment plans for their patients
- Make accurate and complete entries into the electronic medical record; order and interpret diagnostic testing and consult as appropriate and prescribe appropriate medical therapy utilizing evidence based practice
- Outpatient only, with limited evening and weekend phone call coverage
- 20-hour workweek: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional Saturday clinic coverage
- Saturday acute clinic 8am-12pm every 1:4-8 weekends, dependent on provider compliment
- New Multispecialty clinic with primary care, some subspecialties, and Urgent Care on site. Lab, pharmacy and Radiology on site
- Social work and psychology support for the pediatric clinic
- Pediatric subspecialty support available through outreach clinics or Chart Consults
- Opportunities for participation in medical student education and adjunct faculty at
